The assessment itself typically takes 10-15 minutes to complete. After that, you'll schedule a 50-minute private debrief session with one of our certified coaches to dive deeper into your results.
What happens during the debrief session?
You’ll meet with a certified coach who walks you through your unique DISC+Values or ADVanced Insights profile. They’ll explain your strengths, challenges, communication tendencies, and how to work better with others who have different styles. You’ll leave with specific insights you can put into action immediately.
Can I use this assessment for my team or organization?

Will I receive a copy of my results?
